Fairbanks came after money from us when my husband had a heartattack followed by a stroke We had the payments in bankruptcy when it was dismissed Jan they wanted us to pay 1200 a month for 2 yrs to save our home. My husband is disabled and I am ternminally ill. We offered them a month and a half to stay here every month till caught up. We have been living here since 1989 We had a house fire and was out 3 months 2 yrs ago. They told us to sent in hardship papers and they would say they never received them They sent us no paper work about getting rid of our house.
They never sent forclosure papers they just ammened one that was from when we were in bankruptcy. They just sent us a letter sept 3 and said they would run it in the paper sept 8 and 15 and would sell it at an auction Sept 22. My husband and I have no choice but to become one of the homeless we have no money no car and no one to live with
