Disabled borrower on fixed income told to sell house

I'm writing in regard to Fairbanks Capital Corp. I have a mortgage with their company. I got behind due to a disability and now they are trying to take my house from me. I tried to work out a payment plan, but the money they are talking about is a little steep for a person on a fixed income.

They tell me that I need to sell my house. What should I do? Everyone I have filed bankruptcy with was a total ripoff and their payment plan was higher as well. Now Fairbanks doesn't want to negotiate the loan. They also told me to try to refinance. Who will give you a loan with the kind of credit rating that I have? Can you please help us?
