A1 National Van Hire
Avoid at all costs!

Don't go near these people they are total con men. Paid £500 deposit in March for August hire (due to Olympics!) Van returned undamaged, on time etc. No refund. Phoned and told accounts dept closed at 4 - given e-mail address. No response - called again. Same person who said accounts closed at 4 miraculously became the accouts dept. Took e-mail address and promised to e-mail instructions to get refund. No e-mail. Sent two more e-mails to them. No response. Going to small claims court now - can't be bothered wasting any more time on these thieving muppets!!
