Struggling to get deposit back! Unprofessional customer service on phone! - Hired a Van from you keep using excuses why my deposit money has not been refunded

Promised deposit back with in 7 - 10 days 17 days later still not got it back... Ring every day get a different person who is rude uses a different name, keeps changing the date when the deposit was paid back to us. This company are Crooks! Rip people of need to be on Watch dog orogramme as the terms and conditions of Van hire are Fasley advertised.
Will go to small claims court if money nit reinbursed by 31st August.
