Preparing to do battle with these thieving shits. I cancelled a van hire booking with them prior to delivery, yet they still took the full amount plus deposit from my account amounting to £586!
The impression I've got from the whole booking/cancellation process so far is that they either haven't got a clue what they are doing, or that they are professional fraudsters playing dumb.
