These guys are terrible, never never never never use them. They couldnt supply a van so we cancelled the booking. They kept my card details and will be taking a 20% cancelation fee of 60 pounds. If i cancel on the day of booking, the fee is only 35 pounds... How stupid are they? Any other firm would have honoured the cancelation (which was made a hrs after the booking), and prior to them locating a van. Never never never use them. Terrible people, terrible manner, terrible policies...
