Upside prepaid debit card
The upside never issued check that they charged to my account and everytime i call about check rhey charge me $2 and phone call gets disconnectrf

I have an account with Upside prepaid debit card services. My acount has online check writing available. I wrote a check to myself for $20 and was charged $2 to send check. My account history shows the amt $20 was deducted Aug. 10th from my acct to send online check. I never received check so i called them and they told me it takes 7 to 10 business days. I called again a few days later and they told me they never sent the check because i had no money in my account I told them at time i sent check i had money in my acct. And ask to speak to supervisor the same person came back on phn and said the check was mailed and i would receive it on Fri. The check still never came so i called back again on sat. And they put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back again and they told me there was nothing that could be done and to wait til Monday and kept asking me what check am i talking about he was trying to play stupid. I told them i wanted to cancel check and they said if i wanted to cancel check i had to send them a letter in writing and be charged $20 cancellation fee..

Everytime i call upside to inquire about my money i am charged. 99 for automated call and $2.00 to speak to a live person
