In april in western oklahoma we had a very bad wind storm winds up to and over 60 miles an hour... I have been insured with liberty mutual for over 6 years and had been told by agent terri hambi that i had the best policy that could be bought, full coverage full replacement cost no deperciation the only deduction would be my deductable... Well that turned out to be so much garbage it is not even funny had contractors come out to give estimates for replacing garden shed and replacing storm doors all were totally ruined and not useable well liberty mutual sent out an adjustor who totally ignored the bids from contractors and sent to the ins co that it would only cost $4100.00 to fix/replace everything. That would be great except the storm doors are full view larson and cost $391.79 plus tax each the garden shed will cost $3250.00 to rebuild electric is $750.00 to replace and $1000.00 to tear down ruined shed and $800.00 for insulation this is way more than $4100.00 had to hire an attorney and pay him and still talking to the insurance company they lied to att. Told him they had no idea i had bids to replace the damaged doors and building... They advertise on tv that they believe in doing the right if the right thing is screwing people out of hard earned money then they sure do the right thing for themselves not for customers nobody should ever insure with this company
