Ripoff prays on people who need help #2

I have read every complaint about Ameriquest I can find and they are all the same. Missing paperwork, changed rate, changed payments, closing but funds are not disbursed for weeks even months (2 months for me, and I still do not have all the money) can not get anyone to tell you the truth this is all the way up to Wayne Lee's office (CEO). On and on, well I am sorry to say that I too have been ripped-off by this pack of unscrupulous, flea bitten, bottom of the pond, scum sucking vermints.

I have sent e-mails to every Senator, Representive, and Congress person with 0 help. State Attorneys office, BBB, Consumer Protection, and even a wed site called Stop Mortgage Fraud, but was that a laugh. The web site had a place to report fraud, but the web page reported an error and no further information was given. I called the number that was on the bottom of the site, I got some guy who had no idea what I was talking about and had even less information.

I believe that "victums in numbers" is the only way to get someone to listen. Because when you talk to or about Ameriquest the adage "You can't argue with stupid" seems to fit.
Anyone, including Robert H who wants to start a class action, stop talking and lets do it. I am a Law student and understand the process (games). One thing that most people do not know is that you can file your case for free with the right paper work. If paying the filing fee would cause you a hardship the fee can be wavied.

We need to ban together and find everyone else that have become victums of this pond scum. Reply and lets get going!
