Ripoff, dishonest, lying pieces of pond scum and What did they do with our money?

Ameriquest mortgage is the absolute worst company i have ever had to deal with. Not only that but 123 Loan who was the broker for my mortgage is the absolute 2nd worst. I swear these two companies in cahoots!

We were lied to from day 1! The items they said would get paid from the refi, never got paid, which I am still finding out now. And I am talking about $10,000 worth of items.

Then Ameriquest lost, yes people LOST, and 1800 extra mortgage payment that I made to sign up for bi-monthly payments. However, they didn't tell us that until almost 4 moths later after their computer system auto-removed us from the bi monthly payment program.

Then in December I spent about 10 hours on the phone with them trying to figure out where all my mortgage money had gone since they consistently said we were 2 months behind yet I was paying them every month. They couldn't exactly tell me where my money was.

Now that we did find soemone who can actually refi us, we found out we have unpaid items and a pre payment penalty that is 3000 more than what we were told it was. AND They still CANT TELL ME WHAT THEY DID WITH JANUARY'S MORTGAGE MONEY.

I absolutely refuse to pay them 1 more penny. Thank God for my refi. I hope that all of us can put this piece of you know what company our of business for good.

Whn people work hard for their money and pay their bills, and the company does all the things Ameriquest has done with our money. Omg. We are so mad we don't even have words! Lets just get em!
