Closing AGAIN? More false promises slow prossessing

I started the process with Ameriquest Feb 3, and all seemed to be going well. I provided all the paperwork needed promptly, even contacted my creditors and received settlement letters to give to my processor.

We closed on Feb 14th. Attorney and all! Then I didn't hear anything, I finally called Ameriquest, only to find out the processor I was working with quit. But the funds should be dispursed and overnighted in the next couple days.

Well that did not happen either and I called again. I was then told that there were some problems that needed to be cleared up and then funds would then be dispursed.

This dispursment has never happened, Ameriquest is having to RE - Fund the loan. Today, March 19th I was informed that we are re-closing the loan but the rate has changed! I said forget it!

They then called back and said they would do it with the original agreed rate and the attorney would be at my house at 7:00pm tonight.

Well guess what? The attorney never showed. I was able to reach someone in the office at 8:15 pm. The gentleman who answered told me they were not able to change the rate and didn't someone call?

Well I think I need an attorney, now I have creditors calling because the settlements were not fulfilled and to be honest I think this should be totally ILLEGAL! I have been mislead going on 2 monthes!

Advice for refinancers? Don"t do ameriquest!!!
