I too was ripped off by Prime One Benefits. They tried to debit me for $197 dollars but I didn't have that much available so instead I was hit with their "centralized returns" fee of $28.

I had never even heard of this company so I never gave them any of my info. The charge just showed up on my account and had to get the information about who it was by contacting my bank.
