Ripoff scam never got to speak with the original sales rep even when I provided her extension numbe

I almost went insane when i happened to type in guardian financial on a shearch and found this page. The exact thing happened to me, the $249 from my account on august 6th, and now it is september 17th and nothing. I actually called today, and asked what was up. They told me it was in the mail, so i demanded a tracking number.

Then according to the united states postal service, it was recieved at the Champlain post office on AUGUST 31st. So now it is lost? I am going to follow what the rest of you have reccomended, and give this advice: If it's "in the mail" GET A TRACKING NUMBER. Also, boycott meijer. I applied for a Meijer credit card in rolling meadows illinois, and they most likely sold my info to guardian financial.
