Guardian financial frauds, scams, ripoffs ripoff champlain

I, too, have been a victim of Guardian Financial's credit card scam. My story is the same as everyone elses. I was told that for a deposit of $249.00 I would recieve a Visa with a $2000 spending limit within 10 - 15 days after the money was debited from my checking account. It has been 30 days since the debit and I have NOT recieved anything. I have been trying to contact the company with no luck of speaking with someone. I have left messages or recieved an "all circuits are busy now" as well, the company's website is for sale... That is what lead me to this site. Thankfully, I caught this in enough time to report this fraud to my bank and they are fully cooperating.

I am interested in pursuing a class action lawsuit. The people who have been a part of this scam will NOT win! Justice will prevail and ultimately THEY will pay the price.
