Ripoff, credit card scam

After being contacted by Guardian Financial purpurting a non-secured credit card with $2300 limit, I authorized a $249.00 activation fee. The card never came. When I contacted Guardian (repeated attempts, leaving messages, etc) I was told that they do not have non-secured credit cards; that all they have were "loadable" cards. I asked for a refund, they laughed and said "just report us like everyone else". Big Scam! I reported them to the NY attorney general office (no response form them either).
