I used this company the middle of May.

In July i found that £250 was taken from my bank account.

This should not have been taken, since i returned the vehicle in good condition with a full tank of fuel.

I contacted then about 5 times over a period of 2 weeks, all i get is excuses regarding the refund.

I have contacted my bankers and have completed a Visa payment dispute, which they are going to follow up on my behalf.

I will never use this company again.
