I was contacted by this company, with the promice to get a Master card w.00 limit, if I paid up front a 249.00 deposit." stupid me " I did.

That was on sept12 that they took the money and have yet to see the card. I have contacted the company and have talked to people there around 3 different times and each time with excuses each time.

Well I am going to contact my bank in the morning. I am glad I found this site, peoples input is a big help. I wish I knew this before though.

I will be back to let all know how I come out.
