Fraudulently take out money from your account and then they tell you you signed an agreement

This company led me to believe that they were debiting my account for the amount owed when owed but instead they debited over 5 payments for the finance fees $175 and then they said i agreed to it. When i talked to their rep she had said they would debit the payment out over 5 payments, instead they turned around and debited my account for extra money saying that the previous debits was for the finance charges. Now a loan of 500 has cost me over $1200. They are liars and opportunists. It also seems like the co is based out of Puerto Rico or something you can't tell from their website. Please don't get scammed by them.
