They lied to me! I checked my credit report, and something they said they would remove over 14 months ago because the billing was incorrect has no been removed. I called and the manager screamed at me, her first words were "Why do they keep transferring you to me" then she just read the notes on my account over everything I said, I said she was being rude she proceeded to scream at me, counsel me, and hang up on me... Im shaking! How can they treat people this way, I paid this crap a year ago, and it wasnt even my fault it was unpaid. I told my drs office I was out of the country.
