DSI Financial
Big Ripoff and money scam!

Business & Finance

In May of I agreed to employ the services of DSI Financial. The company claimed that for $499.00, they could significantly reduce my debt payments. I was interested and decided to apply. A few weeks later, I received a package that I needed to list all of my debt on and send back to them.

They claimed that if they could not save me at least $2500 in 90 days, they would refund my money. I sent in the paper work and never heard back from them.in fact, I had to call them in September. Upon calling them, I mentioned that they had done nothing to save me money and I requested a refund. The customer service representative claimed she could not refund my money because I did not have a zero balance on my card. That was apparently the only way to refund my money. She would not let me talk with her manager and was extremely rude to me over the phone for being a "customer."

Lesson learned... PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM!!! I have contacted my credit card company and have also contacted the Better Business Bureau. I doubt I will ever see my money again. However, I am going to keep trying. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did you get a refund and how did you go about getting it?
