Took money for credit card service and did not give service. Promised refund, didnt refund

I was contacted by telemarketer in June. They promised a reduction in rates on my credit cards and to save me $3000. Charged $695 for this service. Nothing was sent, nothing was done for 5 months.

In October I contacted the company from computer notes taken at enrolment. They sent an amoritization comparison based on a minimum payment schedule vs a $125/mo schedule, claiming this "showed $3000 savings". Scheduled a "consultation/negotiation" session to satisfy their requirements prior to refund. No reduction was secured.

Continued to contact the company every few weeks to get refund, song and dance and hang ups when I complained about their tactics were the norm.in March I was promised a refund when their representitive claimed he had a financial advisor licence. Refund was promised in 30 days. Non was made.

Attempted contact with Debt Freedom April 20 telephone numbers disconnected or reassigned.
