Trouble with Mortgage Modification

I to like so many others have been trying to get my loan modified so that I can make my payments easier. I am currently one payment behind with late fees for a total of 1530. Xx. They sent me a notice of intent to foreclose the other day. I have been waiting for Jessica to call me back for the past few hours. I was told by a supervisor that she would call me in a few minutes and to keep my phone by me. That was four hours ago and yes I have called since then. I have been trying to get a loan modification since October. My papers were lost once, then I reapplied and they closed my file because they were missing papers so I got them what they needed and now they has passed it to Titanium Solutions (at least I think they have). They are the ones that lost my paperwork the first time. This is a nightmare to say the least.
