How to deal with Bank of America and win

BOA ended up charging me $70 in fees for a 50 cent overdraft. After I filed a complaint with the Federal Reserve I got it back. I did have to endure a phone call from a snarky BOA official who rudely interrupted me when I tried to say something, and then outlined to me three times during the phone call how BOA was right and I was wrong but they were just doing me a favor.

After 40 years with BOA I've joined a wonderful credit union. They greeted me with a smile, had chocolate chip cookies in the lobby, and no BOA snarkiness.
