Branch Refused Notary Service for Signatures on Another Company's Loan

My husband and I have been long time customers of Bank of America. First, I'd like to say thanks to Bank of America for mucking up the country. Because of their shady investment practices, we have been victims of the economy. We modified our loan, we take the 3rd party financial paper work to BofA for them notarize our signatures, only to be told that their policy does not allow them to notarize our signature for another company's loan. Thanks BofA, we're trying to keep our house, does our long time bank help...? nope... Thanks for keeping America suppressed in these trying economic times!!! Changing our bank since they can't explain their policy and can they please treat customers like humans???
