Bank of America - Notary Services for long time customers - Notary Services

My husband and I have been long time customers of Bank of America. First, I'd like to say thanks to Bank of America for mucking up the country. Because of their shady investment practices, we have been victims of the economy. We modified our loan, we take the 3rd party finicaial paper work to BofA for them notartize our signatures, only to be told that their policy does not allow them to notartize our signature for another company's loan. Thanks BofA, we're trying to keep our house, does our LONG time bank help...? NOPE... Thanks for keeping America surpressed in these trying economic times!!! Changing our bank since they can't explain their policy and can they PLEASE treat customers like humans???
