Poor Customer Service Shows No Respect for Loyal Customers

Really they are the worst at customer service and understanding how to personally deal with each customer. BofA could care less if you were a loyal customer... You still get treated with no respect. I hate Bank of America and will be moving to Chase within the next few day. So long crappy bank.
