AES-Almost got my loan defaulted - Student Loan

For the past 5 months I've tried to get an in-school forbearance on my loan. But every time I sent it in, they told me I sent in the wrong form, which is funny, because it's the same form they sent me when I requested it. Then they don't maintain regular contact with PNC (the lender) about my account status, so I get calls about delinquencies that have been taken care of for a while now. I was notified yesterday that my loan was to be defaulted, even though almost a month ago, I had my school send in an in-school forbearance. Luckily, AES is no longer servicing the loan and we were able to get it deferred. But, AES is a terrible company that hires idiots to do their work. They're all about the money, but have no understanding of how to treat their customers.
