I took a student loan out a few years ago to attend Caribbean medical school. I took a leave of absence for several reasons. And i got approved. I then transferred to another school where i was being harassed so i took a leave of absence there as well. I have not been able to find any work for the past two or more years. The whole time i was attending this school and the past two years or so, they have been indirectly harassing me.

Just recently i was told by citibank rep. That i could have an economic hardship forbarance but then a month later they told me i was not approved for it anylong.

A student loan company should offer economic forbearance to every student. I believe they are discriminating against me.

My "supposedly" cosigner cannot afford to make the payments and i cannot make the payments wither. Until i find good paying work. This company needs to stop harassing me which is why i want to sue them. And they should offer forbearance in the first place.
