Rip-off, dishonest, fraudulent, rude people

As everyone else i was told the same thing. We have called and called and are getting what sounds like the same person over and over. Nothing can be done. I got oline today and came to this website and low and behold, look what i have found. I printed off some stories and went to my bank and they said that i authorized it and cannot do anything about it. I walked out so mad. When i got home i called them back and said to close my account but i have to go back up there and sign some forms. I am so upset about the whole thing. Well if anymore info on how to get a refund let me know. We are not rich, just eat the bad apple i guess.
