Three Unauthorized $99 Debit Charges for iPad Warranty

My bank statement shows (3) debit charges of $99.00 that were made on 12/14/10 @ 11:52 pm. The charges are referenced to the Apple online store. I contacted the Apple online store at the number provided on the bank statement. The representative said the charges were for an extended warranty for an iPad computer. He told me the only thing he could do was escalate my complaint of fraud to his analyst dept. That handles these issues. I asked him for a reference number for my complaint and I guess he just spewed out a random number because when I called back today they said they don't have any information about this issue. Apparently the person who committed this fraud used my debit card number but did not use my name. I contacted my bank to report this. They sent me forms to fill out and get notarized. Right now I am waiting for them to get back to me. I will file a police report.
