If your looking to refinance or a mortgage loan, stay away from this company. The people they have working for them are unrealiable, dishonest, deceptive.

They don't keep appointments, they say there are working on your loan and quote a viable loan program but when it's time to work up the Good Faith Estimates, none are available to see but will call you and quote you a higher percentage rate.

Loan Mortgage Specialist Chris Navarro, working out of Colorado Springs, Co does not have the experience to do this type of job and promises rates he cannot deliver. They claim they have been with the Denver, CO BBB without any complaints, but if you look up www.denverbbb.com, you will find that they do indeed have had complaints, I should have looked them up sooner.
