Poor customer service missrepresent their offer load cost/fees for real estate refinance loans ripoff

Tony Nassim and the manager aka "George" 0vercommit on their promises to their customers. Very poor customer service - do not return calls in reasonable amount of time - keep you guessing and only follow through after many hours / attempts on the phone trying to get straight answers.

Promise all paid cruise trips if you go along with their inflated loan fees and never deliver cruise tickets. Refuse any person to person contact and do not follow through with promises to make it right after the fact. After dealing with them I would reccomend that you do NOT sign loan documents until you are very clear on the costs of the loan.

Unlike most mortgage brokers, they refuse to issue a Good Faith Estimates (despite that it is the law) on the loan they promise over the phone, they keep you guessing and at the end they barely deliver on their promises. I personally would prefer to pay a little more on the mortgage rate, which they deliver on after exorbitant loan fees are tacked on, than have to go through this experience again, despite calling aka "George" the manager repeatidly. It appears they condone, strive to keep you in the dark until documents are issued.

They also promise to have the lowest mortgage rates in the market, which they are competitive in, but fail to deliver on customer service which at the end leaves you with a dissatisfied customer! In my case they also promised me a very low rate 2nd mortagage loan after I signed the 1st mortgage loan documents for $660,000, then never called back despite promises to make it right and repeated attempts to get them to follow through.
