ERC Keep calling despite letter telling them not to

They were calling two or three times a day. About a week ago I sent them a letter telling them not to call anymore. They are still calling, however (in fact, they called just a few minutes ago.) What should I do next. Also, whenever they call, my caller ID says TOLL FREE NUMBER as the company's name. Can they legally do that?
