Giving my info to my husband and he is not on the card

I don't understand how but i had been 8.00 overdue to my boa card. I'm alone about the card and that i wasn't e. Mailed or mailed or named about any of it. 7 days befor the newest bill was do my husband got a phone from boa and so they told him about our 2 cards just how much i've in it and the way he could discover about some of my balances. Used to do not tell our husbend something about my balances. They're mine not his and his name isn't in it and he didn't no my code or any info but he got all the data. I'd six months before contact boa and told them he was niot in a position to get any information on my cards. After i called them they said that they'll tell my partner anything he wished to know that's regulations. The truth is they never called me but found my partners mobile phone # and called him. I believe that is bull! Please let me know what or easily may do something.
