Rejection for card

I've requested a JC Penney, American Eagle, and Dillard's Card, all underwritten by GE Money Lender. All three have now been refused, however I've been authorized for 4 additional cards since. Their justification is inadequate credit rating. Ummm, no! Easily have 4 balances in excellent position, reduced every fourteen days, why am I not able to obtain a card along with you? Useless, don't make an application for a card through them. If you should be considering trying to get a shop card, turn to discover who the issuing bank is.
