I received a call on 04/17 from Ronnie Cooper stating that I owed a 300.00 loan from US Cash Advance and they have been trying to contact me to repay the loan plus the fee of 599.99 of collections. I remembered borrowing money from them but it was cleared years ago, however Ronnie Cooper Federal Attorney for US Cash Advance as he called himself was adamant about me owing the money and if I did not pay in one hour I will be arrested at work the following morning for violating federal laws.

I then went extatic about this and and could not think straight to go back to my bank records and I followed his intructions i did not want to go to jail especially from work. He said I needed to go to Walmart and buy a Green DOT Money Pak card for 900.00 and call him with the confirmation number so that he can clear my account. I did that and he provided me a confirmation number and stated he will call me back within 45 minutes and email me all my accounts cleared documents,

He then called me back an hour later an said because I owed a student loan he could no longer accept my money unless I payed another 900.00 to bring the account back in good standing if not then he will have no choice but to arrest me and he provided all of my personal information such as work address and home address and verified my identity over the phone this is really scarry for me but I knew then he was fake because although I do owe a student loan it is not in default and I did not have collection on the studen loan.

I knew then I was at a lost for 900.00 and went straight to the police department and made a report. I am know still receiving calls from a James Anderson with the same story and these numbers are skype numbers with california area codes and can not be tracked... However if you report this to the authorities they are able to get a subpeona to find out where the transfer was picked up and by whom as money pak informed me... To get them to do that and return your money back to you is the question??? I am currently working with a detective on this and he said that 9 out of 10 they dont get subpeona's what can I do??? HELP, HELP HELP from a hard and honest working person...
