I was robbed and ripped by 1stopmobilemarket. My last letter to 1stopmobilemarket-says it all (no reply of course)
On 3 July I contacted your company to sing a mobile phone contract. I gave you all of my personal details for credit check purposes and should this be successful I was supposed to enter into a mobile phone contract and get a mobile phone from 1 Stop Mobile Market. I also paid a fee of 92.00. It has been nine months from that day and 1 Stop Mobile Market did not do what was agreed.

In order to resolve this matter I did the following:

- I sent a letter by recorded mail asking for the problem to be addressed - I had no reply (I do have a copy of this letter and a postage receipt);
- I sent an email via Support Ticket I havent received a reply;
- I contacted your helpline on numerous occasions, it has been promised to me that this matter will be resolved and I will be contacted back I never received a call back.

I have education in the field of law and it leads me to believe that 1 Stop Mobile Market is purposely avoiding the responsibility of fulfilling what has been agreed. The fact that your company also failed to resolve this issue in a satisfactory manner leads me to a conclusion that you are behaving in an extortionist manner.
