Charging me for a free trial

Verizon named me about the telephone and provided me a totally free test for a few months using the multi-room DVR. I rejected but she was great... She explained it'd just alter my statement 4.00 following the free a few months. She also stated there is nothing I'd to complete except check the dvr in most my areas in a couple of days which was it. Properly a couple of days passed and nothing. Oneday I arrived home formwork and there is a guide hovering about the door also it was the dvr. I named and informed them I had been informed I'd not require this plus they stated it is okay sometimes this occurs. Well I acquired my statement plus they charged me for that gear, shipping and also the full-service price. Our statement went from 130.00 to over 170.00... I sent five times over this in order for them to have it directly and also you might believe I had been talking another vocabulary. It's been a headache and it is still not mounted. Attempted to contact them about the telephone nowadays and finished up within the incorrect region after which I had been moved around WITH NO ONE actually acquired. TERRIBLE!!! Verizon is horrible!!!
