I received a call from an individual who assured me that he could get me a modification in less than one month at a fixed rate of 1 to 2 %. He then said it will cost me $3000.00, $1500.00 at the begin

I was contacted by Commercial Loan Solutions informing me that they can get me a modification in less than a month at a fixed rate between 1 to 2% and all it will cost is $3000.00, $1500.00 to start and $1500.00 upon completion. I paid the $1500.00 and completed the application online, a month passed and i didn't hear anything. I call then and they told me that the papers has been submitted to Chase Fulfillment. Another month pass and didn't hear anything. I contacted them again, they told me i have to submit some updated paystub which i did. I then contacted Chase Fulfillment who informed me that they have a modification on file for me. On march i email the company canceling there service and requested for them to return my money. As of today i haven't heard anything. I tried to reach the company via email and by phone but get no response.
