Rip-off Took $300 toward a mortgage loan that was never completed. I never got my loan or my home. Just lost money

I applied for a loan to get a mobile home. They agreed to a loan for $50,000. I didn't find a mobile home immediately, so I wrote them a letter requesting my deposit back. I received no answer.
