Took 1800.00 hundred dollars and told us were 100 % approved for new home loan

We applied for a new mobile home loan with RBC Mortgage and got approved 100%. RBC even called SKYCO mobile homes and gave them the go ahead to order our 5 bedroom three bath home. We even picked out all the furniture and it was included in the loan and waiting to be delivered. We had the house pad built and paid 1200.00 for that and paid 500.00 for the land appraisal.

Our home was to be delivered within 4 weeks. So, Craig at RBC Mortgage told us to go ahead and get out of the rent house we were in to save money. So we did. We stayed with my Monster-in-law suppose to only be for 4 weeks. Turned into 8 months.

Finally I went back to RBC and ask what was going on??? We were told they just had so many customers it was taking longer than expected. We ask them to just refund our money so we could move on. Of course that never happened! Now I can't even find RBC Mortgage in Shreveport, however I did get the corporate office and the president of RBC. But they will not speak to me or give us our money back. I have sent certified letters with copies of all monies that we gave to Craig at RBC in Shreveport, La. It's been almost two years now and still NOTHING!

If anyone else out there has had or is having problems with RBC Mortgage Company PLEASE LET ME KNOW through this site.
