I access my bank account on line and discovered that funds were withdrawn against my account and it is costing me a $25.00 fee for something that should have never happened, usa credit withdrew funds from my account, they were not authorized by me to do so, i have received nothing from usa credit in reference to a credit card or credit report. Please help
