This is a TERRIBLE "service". I tried to pay my phone bill online today and it wouldn't let me because I had to sign up for this garbage. Eventually I payed it off the app on my iphone, which did not force me to try to sign up for "Terrified by Visa" services. This should be my choice, not forced down my throat - and frankly, I pay serious interest rates to these people for this hassle? Bad news bears, Visa. Get rid of this supposed service.
