Very poor customer service

I have been a USBank customer for about twenty years. I have my bank account, credit card, and car loan through USBank. I was about one week late with my car payment because of a few bills and a collection agency called my work. I called them back and they were extremely rude and behaved as if I was "deadbeat" loan custromer. I have never overdrawn my checking account or crediit card and have paid my accounts on time.

I am planning to close my accounts and after I finish paying my car loan, I will never do business with USBank again.
