Ripoff Real Estate Loan Fraud

I took out a loan with Usbank to buy real estate and Usbank did the closeing.

Problem: Usbank never informed me of their policy to keep the original Warranty Deed for use in their business in exchange for doing the closing. Needless to say they never bothered to get my written consent either. Even still they claim the original Warranty Deed is their property.

The Fraud: They defrauded me out of money in the way of interest payments and comprensation for use of my property (the Warranty Deed. Because had I been informed of their policy I would never have taken out a loan with Usbank. If that is not bad enough, they now claim they can't locate the original Warranty Deed.

If USbank did this to you too! Do what I did! File a complaint with the Office of Comptroller of the Currency. They have the power to investigate any complaints and render a decision on ALL National Banks. Here is a link to their website: http://www.occ. Treas. Gov
