Vendingexpertsusa.com $500 Deposit was supposed to be refunded but still nothing

On Jan 19th I spoke to Gary Bishop at Elite Systems regarding a Vending machine business opportunity, after spending several hours on the phone he told me that I can place a $500 refundable deposit to start the process and I would be contacted by a locator to pick out locations for the vending machines and receive a package on 1/21 outlining the deal.

I received a call from the locator Jay Baird on 1/20, it sounded like great idea and liked his service for vending machine locations. Prior to using Jay I decided to do some research online so on 1/20 after speaking to Jay, I Googled his name and stumble upon negative reviews and consumer complaintss. Immediately after seeing this I contacted Gary at Elite systems notifying him of my findings and my intentions to cancel the whole purchase, he said they never had a problem with Jay's work before and he is unaware of any of these issues and they were never involved in the past, but he said he would call me back after doing their own investigation.

I get a call from Gary on 1/21 saying he has done the research and found what I was referring to and said he will have another Locator contact me I said at that point I really wanted my refund but he convinced me to hear what the new locator service provider had to say and I can research them I asked if I had a time frame for my deposit to be refunded and he said no as long as I don't receive any of the machines my deposit is refundable. At that point it was late Friday so I wouldn't be contacted by the Locator till Monday.

Gary called me to follow up on Saturday 1/22 to see if I received the package and I mentioned to him after some more serious thinking I decided I still wanted a refund and cancel the whole deal, he acknowledged that I will receive the refund within 3-5 business days.

I get a call from Gary on Monday 1/24 saying he is processing my refund and should receive it shortly. I waited till 1/31 called Gary and asked why I haven't receive my refund yet, he said it would take a few days before it was processed but he assured me it was being done and I should see the credit on my account 2/3 or 2/4 the latest. On 2/4 I look at my account and still no credit I called Gary but didn't get a response so I decided to submit a dispute.

On 2/7 I get a call from Gary saying he was returning my call and he will look into why I haven't received my credit and will call me back. Today is 2/9 and I am yet to hear something from Gary Bishop, I tried calling again but left a message.

At this point I believe almost all Vending Machine companies are crooks I almost got taken for a ride by a different company prior but thanks to this site I decided not to go with Eivor Johansson. I checked for Elite Systems but found nothing on the Net so here I am posting for everyone else to see. Buyer Beware!
