Four to Six Harassing Calls Daily After Late Payment

I was late on making a payment. Calls started coming in, four to six calls a day. Even after we talked to someone in person, the calls kept coming in. I was forced to make several payments over the phone to try to stop the calls, and they still called all day long. It was extremely harassing, and not one person listened to anything we had to say. I would not recommend using Citibank, ever. Use a local bank for a credit card.
