Extreme harassment over late bill up to 6 calls a day and at all times, forced to make several payments over the phone and still got several harassing calls every day

Was late on making payment. Calls started coming in four to six calls a day. Even after we talked to someone in person, call kept coming in. Was forced to make several payments over the phone to try to stop the calls, and they still called all day long. Extremely harrassing and not one listened to anything we had to say. Would not recommend using Citibank ever. Use local bank for credit card.
