Ripoff ATM Business

I have been with Cash Link since December and have yet to get my 3 units located. All I get is the same old line, " It will be taken care of!" Now 9 months later, nothing has happened. I have asked for my money back many times. Customer Service MGR Carmine Russo told me that I would never get my money back and it would be tied up with lawyers for a very long time. They put me with Synergy locators for 4 months but, nothing happened, just broken promises. I am still getting the run around on a weekly basis, if I can get anyone on the phone.

What steps can I take to get my funds back from this company. This has been the biggest ripoff ever. I was promised to be located by the end of January. Still I sit and wait for nothing. What can I do? Please advise!
