Stole money from my checking account ripoff

When I went to the ATM to withdraw money from my checking account I was stunned to find that it was over drawn. Upon contacting the bank I was informed that Cash Link USA had charged a direct debit of $625.00 to my account which was unauthorised. I had not had any dealings with this company in months and had payed off all previous loans without incident.

I contacted Cash Link USA customer service and was told to fax over a copy of my bank account statement to prove that they had charged me. I found it interesting that they were so clueless about their own activity.

When I called back the next day to follow up with their customer service department They told me they had fax problems and asked me to send the information via fax again. The bank charged me $105.00 dollars in over draft charges and I am fighting with both parties to get this error resolved.

I have a complete detailed report through on line banking of my bank statements and transactions over the last 90 days and know that this is obviously a huge mistake on their part, not mine.
