Contimortage Ripped me off for over 20,000.00. Plus fault charges and filed foreclosure Saltlake City UT

I sent them a certified for 20,000.00 to stop a foreclosure and they tried to change the Account # on the check which the bank had made out from the payment book and after Conti sold the company to Fairbanks they said they lost the money.

They also charged me for insurance at high risk cost even though I had insurance threw another insurance company. After 9 years of making payments on the property I had no interest removed and no princpal paid and I never received a 1099 to prove anything was ever paid. Every time I made a call to find out how they could charge me for the insurance they said I had to call a differant department. That included the fact that I never got a 1099, that to was a differant department also. I had heard that there was a class action suit against either Conti or Fairbanks and was wanting more information on this.
