Okay here we go, this company, fairbanks cap. Corp. Is the worst lending company i've ever had to deal with.
The story goes like this, sept. 2002 i get a letter from fairbanks cap. Corp. Stating that i dont have insurance overage from the period of 4/1/02 to 7/1/02. Suprisingly this is the first time i've ever heard of fairbanks and i guess my loan was sold to by fremont bank. Nonetheless they said that an additional 180.00 would be added to my monthly payment, since they had to cover for the insurance for those months,

I called this very rude and unprofessional people for the first time and being that i am their customer was greeted with how come you don't pay your mortgage payment and was hung up on. My fault i should have gotten the the ladies name had i known i what i was about yo go through. Contacted their insurance department and was told of the non-coverage of insurance. Took a day off to get declaration of ins. From my agent and faxed to them.

In the meantime i am making my payments as usual only to find out that from one of their repsentative (Mrs. Croggins) that they had applied my 11/02 payment to some late fees and attorney fee's i would believe to be for foreclosure preceeding, they than sent back my 12/02 and 1/03 payment for insufficient amount. I called this company over 20 times over this period and everytime i got a rude and very sarcastic son of a bitch on the phone.

To stop foreclosure preceedings i took out a loan to pay this company $6,630.00. It is now 2/14/03 and again i receive a letter they have not cashed my 2/03 payment since it was not enough due to the fact that the insurance issue had not been settled. (showing me to be 4th class ins., whatever the hell that is. Called the insurance company dept. Again and they have all the coverages and yet refuses to expedite matters as you, as you can see i will once again be deliquent come the 15th. Now i need help here, if anybody out there can help get these s.O. B's, apparently i am not alone in this matter.

Please help as soon as possible. Oh and by the way how this company operates is that their representatives will not give out there last names. The a*holes that i spoken with are james, mr. Lyons, maria, tina and a whole bunch of other rude unprofessional individuals. If there is an ongoing investigation going on with this company please add me the list of stressed and insulted people.
